Jeremy joined Karr Commercial in 2007 as a broker and to head the groups rebranding initiative. Prior to joining Karr Investment Group, Bolls successfully founded several businesses some of which were later acquired, and continues act as the Chairman of Bolls Media Inc.

Mr. Karr has been in the Real Estate and Construction business for more than 30 years. He is a certified Property Manager with more than 30 years of experience managing, residential, and commercial and retail properties. He has a proven track record of creating successful environments.

Carl Dreifuss has worked in the commercial real estate market since 1998. Most recently his experience has been in real estate syndications for private investors.
